Fair Haven is nestled between the towns of Rumson and Red Bank, with Little Silver to the south and the Navesink River to the north. Spanning just 1.5 square miles, it is a wonderful, quaint town where children still ride their bikes to top-rated schools. Homes range from spectacular waterfront properties to classic seashore colonial homes settled on oak-lined streets, as well as historic homes bordered with white picket-fences. Ideal location is convenient for both work and play and residents have the option of taking the bus, train or high-speed ferry to New York City. There is a charming downtown with many unique boutiques, small businesses and a handful of wonderful restaurants.
